    When you enrol on a course or purchase a service, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.
    Email contact and marketing: We send you emails about your course purchases and enrolment. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, your course progress and survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.

  2. How do we get your consent?
    When you provide us with personal information to become a course registrant on our site you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.   3. Law and Jurisdiction
    This Agreement is subject to English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
